Q: How do you remove a passenger side panel on a 2008 Toyota Camry LE?
I need a little help. While being a D.D. for a friend, she manage to ruin my car with some throw up....yeah yeah I know disgusting. Well I pretty much cleaned everything but she happened to get some throw up down the window seal area so now i need to take my panel off and clean it. Please help!
A: With power windows, you can pop up the arm rest pad, and the window switch and bezel. It pops up in the front and slides forward to unhook the back. take out the screws. pop open the little flap that's in the middle of the inside door handle. Take out the screw. Use a flat screw driver to pry the panel loose from the door starting at the bottom. It's held to the door by plastic snap clips. Check the edges of the door because sometimes they will put push pin clips in the sides of the panel, usually on the door jam side. There is a plastic water shield behind the panel. You can probably just put the window down all the way and hose the puke right thru the top of the door. There are drain holes in the bottom of the door for the water to run out. just don't drench it and leave the window down for a while to dry it out.
Q: Where is the 2008 Toyota Camry LE manufactured?

What does it say on the white sticker on the driver side door for an 08 camry Le: Made in .........
A: The parts are made all over the world. The cars are glued together by hicks in Georgetown Kentucky.
Q: Toyota Camry LE 2008?
just want to know how much will a 2008 Toyota Camry cost and how much did you paid for it.
A: Mine was free... It was a gift from my history teacher.
Q: How many miles do I need before getting an oil change for my Toyota Camry LE 2008?
A: Oil changes should be complimentary with each routine service, so every six months or 5000 miles I believe (whichever you hit first). Of course, if you should run out of oil before then, the car is equipped with a warning signal.
Q: I have a 2008 Toyota Camry LE where can I get the MP3 Player cord?
A: You'll need a 3.5mm or 1/8" mini stereo male to male headphone cable. (You plug into the headphone/aux-out port in your audio device, then plug into the Camry's aux-in port.)

Q: Will the price of the 2008 Toyota Camry go down?
I am looking to buy a new 2008 Toyota Camry LE automatic at the end of March. By how much will the price go down if any?
thanks :]
A: Prices for new cars are usually at their greatest when first introduced (like a new 2008 Camry).
I have noticed that they drop in the Springtime around April/May. Wach for deals and specials in the newspapers and go for the hard dealing then. Go to 2-3 dealers and check the prices for you paying cash and then for a trade..They diifer greatlly. Make sure you compare the same car with the same options at each place.
If that doesn't work, you can buy a leftover 2007 or a lease return/buy back for ten thousand less with 18,000 mles or 30,000 clicks on it. You can also try for a demonstrator..These cars are overpriced so shop around..You are in control. You have the money. If you really want one of these cars, then just do not go in and pay the full price..MSRP. There is a huge markup on these cars..It can be between 2000 and 4000 dollars. Tell them to price it 600 dollars over cost and go for it or buy an Accord! Try them all..But, remember more than anything, all car salesmen are dishonest crooks. If they don't start out that way, they get that way. That is why there are so many of them out there and they are all making money off people who simply pay them what they ask. Stay in control..
Q: My 2008 Toyota Camry LE keeps slipping in the snow?
The car stated above keeps slipping in the snow like it wont break right should i birng it in as part of the recall or what please help and thanks in advance
ok i drive at a speed of 45 and 60 on the highway i enver race or and of that stuff. im a very safe driver im asking this because my brakes just dont hit good like today at work im pressing my brakes im pressing and pressing and the car wont stop it went upright on the snow..... i had a friend drive it down for me so yea..
A: You should start with getting the tires inspected since if they are stock they are most likely worn.
Snow is slick. Your going to slide. If the car is all over the place you either cant drive or you just need to get better equipt tires for the winter season.
Q: Navigation on 2008 Toyota Camry?
How much extra am I looking to pay if I want to purchase a 2008 Toyota Camry LE with navigation?
thanks :]
A: You can go on Toyota.com and build your own car. It all depends on the package number you pick. It is just not the nav unit, but you usually end up with a higher end radio, electrics, etc...
Q: Buying a 2008 Toyota Camry?
Hi,
I went to the dealer and found the last 2008 Camry LE (with convenience package) available here. The MSRP for the car is $27,300 before tax (in Canada). There is a consumer rebate of $3000 which will be taken off the price. I got the invoice price for this car and it is about $24,600. I offered the dealer 3% above the invoice price and he flat out refused. He countered with $26,500 and will give me free oil change/filter change for 7 years/160,000km.
Do you guys think this is a good deal or should I re-counter at 5% over invoice? I am not sure if I can put a dollar value on the oil changes there must be some incentive for the dealer to give me that, maybe to get me into the shop and make more money off me? What are your thoughts?
A: well, figure an oil change every 3 months is recommended. Avg on an oil change is about $40. you would get 28 oil changes worth about $40 each (and going up). roughly that is about $1120 in oil changes.
One of the incentives to offer that is the likelihood that you wont use them all. Most customers leave with that package and dont religiously get the oil changes. So he may not have to spend all of that money. You could selll the car, move, or just be lazy in your maintenance.
If you go 5% over invoice, that is about $25,800.
your current offer was about $25,400 he was at $26,500 - a difference of $1100. Your offer is about in teh middle.
So, sure, offer it. the worst that can happen is he sticks to his guns. these numbers aer BEFORE rebates, right? So your net on the car would be - $22,800 after a $3k rebate?
But Toytas in general are hot. Camrys are one of their best sellers. So dont be surprised if he says that this is the best offer. If you really want the car, and are OK with the numbers, take it. But put up a good fight ;)
Q: What kind of Gasoline is needed for the Toyota Camry???
Toyota Camry 2008 LE 4 cylinders...what Octane Rating of gasoline is needed?
A: 87 octane is all that is needed, don't waste your money on the more expensive octane, 87 is what is required.

A: oh, well, u can get it from wherever the third guy said, but, you know, if you love chrome grilles that much, u should have got the hybrid, or atleast the XLE...uh, my tip would be, lose the plastic rims after this.

Q: Which Car is better to buy? 2005 Nissan Sentra or 2000 Toyota Camry?
I just got my permit today (only one wrong!) and my dad wants to buy me a car by the end of the month. (two days :3)
so we're deciding between:
2005 Nissan Sentra S Sedan 4D
$10,788
4-cyl 1.8 Liter Engine
81, 857 Milleage
and
2000 Toyota Camry LE Sedan 4D
$9,588
4-Cyl. 1.8 Liter
81, 857 Milleage
Though i do not know anything about cars, i prefer the Nissan Sentra because it's newer, slightly less mileage, only a couple hundred more than the Camry.
However, my dad is advising to get the Camry because of its larger size (safer if i get into an accident he claims) and the fact that its a Toyota and really reliable.
Both cars are in pretty good shape and the hood specs compare equally to each other. Engine isnt so bad either.
So what car is better to get?
A newer, less used 2005 Nissan Sentra
or an older, slightly cheaper 2008 Toyota Camry?
I dont want to seem im choosing the Nissan because of its features like most teenagers do. What car should i get?
slightly less mileage, only a couple hundred more DOLLERS.
my bad. XD
my bad. the Camry is 81K mileage and the Sentra has 80K
A: I don't understand this comment, "slightly less mileage, only a couple hundred more " and I don't see how the two car can have exactly the same number of miles...81,857. That aside, the Sentra is 5 years newer. That's the car you want.
Q: Best car for me: 08 Camry vs. 08 Accord?
As a birthday/graduation present my parents are buying me a car. I want japanese and am torn between the Camry and Accord.
I love the new redesign of both but the Accord appeals to me more. But everyone that has owned both pick the Camry over the Accord.
2008 Honda Accord LX 4cyl sedan
OR
2008 Toyota Camry LE 4 cyl
A: Congratulations for graduating!
I have the same decision to make. Honestly, unless you are going for the camry SE, I find the camry looks bland. The SE gives it the nice skirt kits on the side. Also, both cars have the EXACT same fuel efficiency as stated by www.fueleconomy.gov yet the Accord has more power.
I COMPLETELY disagree with the previous post, the interior of the Accord looks FAR from "plasticy". It looks strikingly similar to an Acura TSX and I've been driven around in plenty. The interior is VERY refined in the Accord...much more so than any of the cars he mentionned. American car reliability and build quality are on the rise but are still not at par with the Japanese automakers. Just compare resale values and use that as an indicator. In addition, it does not matter WHERE the car is fabricated or assembled, each automaker have a certain level of measures and procedures they take in order to ensure the quality of their product, I can assure you that Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus have far stricter quality assurance policies than american car companies (even though they are all built in the US...it's what goes on INSIDE the factory that counts).
I'm from Canada and the Accord is about 3000$ more expensive than the Camry and costs approximately 35 000$ tax incl w/ leather interior and sunroof (cars are much more expensive in Montreal)
In short, if you could afford teh Accord, go for it. Please consider the Accord Coupe, you're young and it's WAY cooler. If there is a time in your life to get a 2 door, it's now :)
Q: 18 or 20 inch rims on a toyota camry 08?
So I'm about to get new rims (Helo 834) black/chrome on my new toyota camry 08 but I don't know what would look better 18 inches or 20 inches (rims). Windows are tinted (limo) but I am not planning on lowering my car til a month later when I can get money for it. What do you think?
- I drive a brand new 2008 Toyota Camry (Grey) sedan LE
I'm very nervous because I've never seen BLACK Rims with Chrome around it on a Grey camry "NOT LOWERED". Just wonder if it'll look funny to people. If you have the time look up
"HELO 834" on google image and there the first picture displayed.
A: Ever think about going with a nice set of 14" ers with Nissan hub caps? I know it sounds bad, but I think it might add some nice elements.
